Is jour jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is made of stainless steel with a plating of 14k or 18k gold. Stainless steel is a metal that does not discolour and does not turn your skin green. The gold plating on stainless steel lasts a very long time, even when in regular contact with water. If you take good care of the jewelry, you can enjoy it for a long time! We give a two-month warranty on all our jewelry. See our Jewelry Care page for more info.
What ring sizes do you offer?
We offer rings sizes 6 to 8 (US). For smaller or bigger sizes, we offer 'one size fits all' rings: which can be adjusted to every ring size.
What is your return policy?
Not happy with your order? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days. To start the return process, email us at info@sicsie.com with your order number, item(s) to return and (if appblicable) your reason for returning. We will help you with the necessary return details. What shipping methods are available?
For all shipping in Europe, we use the PostNL postal service. We always ship your order with a track and trace code. You will receive an email with your track and trace link as soon as we've processed your order. For more info please see our Shipping and Delivery page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
