Refund Policy

If you have placed an order on Sicsie but you didn’t receive the right products, or didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (30 days), you get a full refund from us.

However, there are some exceptions in which a refund is not accepted:

• Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example, you entered the wrong shipping address and did not notify us on time).
  
  
• Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Sicsie (for example because it got stuck at customs).
