If you have placed an order on Sicsie but you didn’t receive the right products, or didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (30 days), you get a full refund from us.
However, there are some exceptions in which a refund is not accepted:
- Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example, you entered the wrong shipping address and did not notify us on time).
- Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Sicsie (for example because it got stuck at customs).
